3. Quotes & Surveys

  • All service quotes provided are estimates and subject to a detailed survey.
  • We may adjust pricing after assessment based on factors such as volume, distance, packing requirements, customs for international shipments, or any specific customer requests.

4. Booking & Payment

  • To confirm a booking, a deposit may be required.
  • Full payment terms will be specified in the invoice or agreement.
  • Payment methods accepted will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Customer Obligations
You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your goods, address, timelines.
  • Disclose any items that are prohibited, hazardous, or subject to special handling (e.g., antiques, valuables, pets, cars).
  • Ensure proper packing for items where packing is customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

6. Our Responsibilities
We will:

  • Perform services with reasonable care and skill.
  • Use appropriate packing materials and methods for items under our responsibility.
  • Comply with customs, import/export, or transportation regulations for international moves.

7. Liability & Insurance

  • We are not liable for damage or loss caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, delays, acts of customs authorities, etc.
  • Any claims for loss or damage must be made in writing within [X] days after delivery.
  • Insurance for goods during transit can be arranged at additional cost; unless insured, risk for loss or damage may be limited as per our standard policy.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellation or rescheduling policies will be provided at the time of booking.
  • There may be fees for cancellations made within a certain timeframe before the scheduled move.

9. Pricing Changes

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, regulatory changes, or changes in scope of services.
